• Delivery within the Arab Republic of Egypt takes 2 to 7 business days.

• Delivery times may vary in exceptional circumstances such as seasonal pressure, official holidays, or shipping-related issues beyond our control.

3. Receiving & Opening the Package

• Opening the package upon delivery is not allowed to avoid any potential product damage.

• If the package is opened at the time of delivery, the right to return or exchange will be void.

4. Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information (full name, phone number, and address).

• If delivery fails due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, the shipment may be returned, and the customer will bear any additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
