Refund policy

Due to the nature of Candy products (skincare, body care, and hair care items), returns and exchanges are not accepted after delivery, in order to maintain product safety and quality standards.

Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

  1. Receiving the wrong product

  2. Receiving a damaged product or a product with a manufacturing defect

  3. Product damage caused during shipping


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact us via email or direct messages and provide the following details:

  1. Order number

  2. Full name

  3. Phone number

  4. Reason for return or exchange

  5. Clear photo of the product upon receipt

Return & Exchange Fees

  • If the issue is confirmed to be caused by Candy or the shipping company, Candy will cover all shipping and exchange costs.

  • If an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be sent within 4–6 business days, and the incorrect or damaged product must be handed to the courier upon delivery.


Refunds

  • If a return request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refund processing takes 2–3 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Third: Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation only.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or direct messages on our official pages.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched to the shipping company.
